In simplicity network marketing companies serve as marketing arms for various venders who want someone to recruit, manage, organize and track activities of wholesale distributors for their products.

So its not how many marketing companies but rather what a person such as you and I want to market. Most all of our fortune 500's use marketing companies to distribute their products.
